Lesley is the oldest of two and was raised in the food service industry. Often eating at fine dining houses that her family worked at, she quickly distinguished quality food.
At 14 she was helping do fairs and festivals for a major northwest restaurant. Finally at 16, she moved to the actual restaurant locations and began working in the front of house as a host, busser and even at times jumped in the back to wash dishes. Hard work has always been one of the greatest values Lesley has possessed but her willing smile is what her guests and co-workers always looked forward to. She moved on to many key restaurant companies in the Northwest continuing to learn and grow through a variety of FOH positions, including server, trainer, supervisor and bookkeeper. She was often called on to develop training materials and programs. She has opened restaurant locations for companies across the country. She has often become a mentor and “mom-like- figure” for those she works with. She is the fun one, who helps with the practical jokes or listens to the funny story. Yet she is the one who helps teach strong work ethics and everyday values.
On top of all of that she has taken a special interest in baking and is often found tweaking a recipe to make it the best possible for you. She is known for her cinnamon rolls, brownies and fudge. She has a sweet tooth.
